OmniAlera Technologies Holdings, Inc. ("OmniAlera", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how OmniAlera LifeCraft collects, uses, and protects your information.
Information We Collect
- Anonymous authentication ID (Firebase Anonymous Auth — no email, name, or phone number required)
- Game save data tied to your anonymous ID: chosen culture, current age, attributes, the specific decisions you make in each chapter, and the timestamp of each save
- Aggregated choice statistics across all players (e.g., "73% of Nigerian players chose this option") — derived from individual save data but published only in aggregate form
- Crash diagnostic data (see Crash Reporting below)
Information We Do Not Collect
- Your name, email address, or phone number
- Your precise location
- Any payment card information (handled entirely by Stripe; we never see your card details)
- Any data from children under 13
How We Use Your Data
Your game data is used solely to:
- Save and restore your journey across sessions and devices
- Display aggregated global choice statistics so you can see how your decisions compare with other players
- Improve decision quality and cultural authenticity
- Diagnose and fix technical issues
Third-Party Services
LifeCraft uses the following third-party services to operate. Each is bound by its own privacy policy and terms.
- Anthropic (claude.com) — generates the AI decisions and chapter narratives in your chosen cultural voice. We send Anthropic your culture selection, current attributes, and chapter context (no personal identifiers). We do not send Anthropic your name, IP address, or device information.
- ElevenLabs (elevenlabs.io) — generates the voice narration for chapter narratives if you enable voice. We send ElevenLabs the narrative text and voice profile selection only.
- Stripe (stripe.com) — processes the $6.99 per-life unlock payment. Stripe receives your card details directly; we never see or store them. We receive only a payment confirmation linked to your save.
- Firebase (Google) — provides anonymous authentication so we can sync your save across sessions without requiring you to create an account.
- Neon (neon.tech) — hosts the PostgreSQL database storing your saves in the United States.
- Sentry (sentry.io) — collects crash diagnostic data so we can fix bugs. See Crash Reporting below.
Crash Reporting
If LifeCraft crashes, we send a crash report to Sentry containing:
- The stack trace and error message
- The screen you were on
- A breadcrumb trail of recent in-app actions
- No personal identifying information
We have explicitly disabled the collection of IP addresses, device names, HTTP request headers, cookies, and user-agent strings in our Sentry configuration to protect your privacy.
Data Storage
Game saves are stored on Neon PostgreSQL servers in the United States. Anonymous authentication is handled by Firebase (Google). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
Data Deletion
You can delete all your data at any time through Settings → Delete all data. This permanently removes your save files and anonymous authentication record. To request deletion of crash reports from Sentry, contact privacy@omnialera.com.
